As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist for the past 10+ years, I offer a modern therapeutic approach done virtually across 5 states. My clinical experience ranges from working with individuals and families ages 5 and up in school settings, private practice and a virtual healthcare platform. I have also contributed my clinical expertise to many online and print news outlets, such as USA Today, Authority Magazine, Men's Health, Huff Post and more.
In 2020, I joined PlushCare of CA, a San Francisco - based virtual healthcare startup, as the first Therapist hire and Lead of the Therapy Program. In my almost 3 years there, I launched PlushCare's psychotherapy practice, developed clinical processes, worked closely with the product and design teams to create a proprietary Electronic Health Records system, and grew the therapy program from one to 30+ therapists.
I'm thrilled to be back in private practice so I can focus on the work that truly feeds my soul: joining my clients on their journey of personal growth and self-development.
